Clinical Trial Goal
To find out:
- The highest dose of AZD3470 that's safe to give
- If AZD3470 is safe and works well to treat cHL that has relapsed or is refractory in teens and adults
You may be able to join this trial if you:
- Are 15 years old or older
- Have cHL that has relapsed or is refractory
- Have been treated with all of the following (your doctor can tell you this)
- Anti-PD-1 therapy
- Brentuximab vedotin
- Have not been treated with any of the following:
- MAT2A inhibitor
- PRMT5 inhibitor
- Do not have lymphoma in your brain or spinal cord
- Agree to have other standard tests done to see if you can be in the clinical trial
Trial Details
AZD3470 is a small molecule inhibitor that targets PRMT5 in certain cells.
You’ll get treatment in cycles that last 3 weeks. In each cycle, you'll get:

- AZD3470 – A pill that you take by mouth. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been
You may continue treatment for as long as the clinical trial doctors think it’s best for your health. You'll have scans to see how well the treatment is working. The clinical trial doctors will check your health for up to 2 years.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not yet approved AZD3470.
