You may be eligible for a clinical trial. Your doctor can tell you if you’re eligible to join a clinical trial at your hospital. Our Clinical Trials Navigators can also help you find clinical trials anywhere in the U.S.
NMDP provides a Clinical Trial Travel Grant that can help qualified patients pay for extra travel costs when you’re getting treatment for a blood cancer or blood disorder through a clinical trial. Your medical team needs to submit the application on your behalf.
Yes, if you’re preparing for a blood or marrow transplant (BMT), our BMT social workers can help you and your caregiver through our NMDP Patient and Caregiver Emotional Support (PACES) program. They offer free, one-on-one virtual counseling and support.
