Clinical Trial Goal
To find out:
- The highest dose of AN4005 that's safe to give
- If AN4005 is safe and works well to treat lymphoma that has relapsed or is refractory or solid tumors
You may be able to join this trial if you:
- Are 18 years old or older
- Have lymphoma that has relapsed or is refractory or a solid tumor. Some examples include:
- Burkitt lymphoma
- Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- Follicular lymphoma
- Hodgkin lymphoma
- Mantle cell lymphoma
- Marginal zone B-cell lymphoma
- Small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)
- Other non-Hodgkin lymphoma
- Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL)
- Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia
- Have not had an allogeneic (cells from a donor) blood or marrow transplant (BMT) in the last 5 years
- Agree to have other standard tests done to see if you can be in the clinical trial
Trial Details
AN4005 is a small molecule inhibitor that blocks PD-L1 in certain cells.
You’ll get:
You’ll get:
- AN4005 – A pill that you take by mouth. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been
You may continue treatment for as long as the clinical trial doctors think it’s best for your health. You'll have biopsies to see how well the treatment is working. The clinical trial doctors will check your health for 1 year.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved not yet approved AN4005.
