Clinical Trial Goal


To find out:
  • The highest dose of DISC-0974 that’s safe to give 
  • If DISC-0974 is safe and works well to treat myelofibrosis

You may be able to join this trial if you:


  • Are 18 years old or older
  • Have one of the following diseases:
    • Post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis
    • Post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis
    • Primary myelofibrosis
  • Have not had your spleen removed
  • Have not had an autologous (your own cells) or allogenic (cells from a donor) blood or marrow transplant (BMT)
  • Agree to have other standard tests done to see if you can be in the clinical trial 

Trial Details


DSCD-0974 is a monoclonal antibody that blocks HJV in certain cells.
 
You’ll get:
  • DISC-0974 – Given as a shot under your skin 1 time every 4 weeks. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been

You may continue treatment for as long as the clinical trial doctors think it’s best for your health. You'll have blood tests to see how well the treatment is working. The clinical trial doctors will check your health for up to 8 months.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not yet approved DISC-0974.
