Clinical Trial Goal
To find out:
- The highest dose of SGR-1505 that’s safe to give
- If SGR-1505 is safe and works well to treat B-cell leukemia or B-cell lymphoma
You may be able to join this trial if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have one of the following:
- B-cell leukemia. Some examples include:
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)
- B-cell lymphoma. Some examples include:
- Burkitt lymphoma
- Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- Follicular lymphoma
- Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)
- Small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL)
- B-cell leukemia. Some examples include:
- Do not have lymphoma in your brain or spinal cord
- Agree to have other standard tests done to see if you can be in the clinical trial
Trial Details
SGR-1505 is a small molecule inhibitor that bocks MALT1 in certain cells.
You’ll get:
You’ll get:
- [SGR-1505] – A pill that you take by mouth. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been
You'll have scans to see how well the treatment is working. The clinical trial doctors will check your health for up to 2 years.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not yet approved SGR-1505.
